SUP Yoga is the latest craze in the watersports and yoga world and a great way to experience both paddleboarding and yoga for the first time. We offer 2 classes on Lake Grapevine with instructor Gretchen Gouard. If this is your first time to paddleboard then please hop in the SUP Yoga- Basics class on Saturday mornings. Classes: Basics- beginner sup yoga every Saturday at 10:30 am Sunsets- sup yoga + sunset @ 7 pm All equipment provided. Swimming ability required.
